I know some of you worry about the bacteria in your foods when you bring lunch in a box. Yes, if you do not prepare your food and let it cool proper, the bacterial tends to multiply in a moist, high protein and warm place. It is recommended to cool your food items with ice packs (for foods that are in room temperature) so that it does not get too warm for bacteria to 'breed'.
Another way is also to place a sheet of antibacterial paper in your lunch box. A pack of these has enough to last you more than a month or two as each pack has 66 sheets. Place it on the top part of your food before closing it. It helps to delay bacterial growth.
If you are going to be eating food from lunch box that is more than 3 hours, it is best to use ice packs or antibacterial sheets.
